- hirer undertakes to take all safety measures for hired goods compliance with safety and fire regulation
- all items to be kept away form heat sources. Flammable materials may have been used in the production of goods
- based on one hire per location

Where the goods are made or supplied to the buyers own specification, pattern or design the buyer warrants and undertakes full responsibility not only for the suitability and fitness for the buyers purpose of the specification, pattern or design but also that such specification, pattern or design does not infringe any patent, trade mark, registered design, copyright or any other proprietary right of any third party and the buyer shall indemnify the company in full for any loss, damage or expense whatsoever (including costs) which the company may incur arising from the performance of the contract by reason of any infringement of such patent, trade mark, registered design, copyright or any other proprietary right.

Where goods are supplied for export the buyer shall be responsible for complying with any legislation or regulations governing the importation of the goods into the county of destination and for the payment of any duties thereon. |

Wood and wire are used in the manufacture of these products and through out the length of the pillars we deliberately leave short lengths of plastic coated wire tucked in for the purpose of incorporating fresh flowers. We therefore recommend that all handlers be made aware so as not to incur puncture wounds and or scratches. |
